Roman Chruszcz. Production Manager.
Being a production engineer in the aerospace industry for the last 30 years, Roman brings to the table a ‘been there, done that’ experience with great leadership abilities. He is so well respected by the employees under him that if he says jump in his English accent -it’s just a matter of how high. He has designed this company’s production efficiency to run like a Swiss Clock. And oh, he’s the commander of the San Bernardino Sheriff Search and Rescue.
Keith Garcia. Design Chief.

Organizing comes easy for him and his professionalism is something to be admired by all. He’s the gun guru. Ask him what's in his gun safe, if you have an hour.
Marcos Quesada. Customer Service.
Born and raised on two wheels, Marcos’ passion lies in motorcycles. Once a customer of ours, we needed to hire him because of his pure desire of this company and everything he can bring to the table for us. He cooks a pretty mean carné asada.
Mike The Greek Aspiotes. Customer Service.
Mike has been riding Harleys longer than half the population of the world has been alive. He was the very first employee of BBC before this century. His passion for helping people is evident from the stacks of letters from customers who’s expectations were exceeded. Classic Rock music is almost his religion.
Ryan Burris. Motorcycle Production Manager.
Graduating with top honors from MMI in 2004, Ryan started building bikes for us on the ground level in 2005. Several years and many bikes later, he's leading his assembly team to record numbers with top quality. On the weekends you'll find him working on his hot rod project in his garage.
Jason Murphy. Lead Builder.
Graduating with top honors along side Ryan Burris from MMI in 2004, Jason's quiet demeanor produces loud results from the day he started turning a wrench for us in 2005. He's a hard working mechanic that gets it during the day and a family man at home.
